day happened to be shine-d by stars...
Today was burning hot outside and i feel like melting. haha... Later received a call from Singtel and i was so fed up with them. They said i missed out a form on renewal of CIS line. But come on, i faxed over the form more than a month ago and i even made it a point to call them after that to ensure everything is ok. The person still told me that the next bill will reflect the changes. And now more than a month later, another called to say i missed out a page. Hey! What kind of customer service is that? Really can't stand Singtel. I still prefer M1. I was fed up for few minutes then managed to cool down and called them and settled everything. Hopefully, this time round, they will settle everything or else i am gonna cancel my 2 lines with them. I just can't stand bad customer service. Is there anyone just like me? hehe... Watching this tv program and saw this poor girl but strong resilient spirit. I like that!
