This week had been kinda in fast lane and now already mid week. Bought a book from Borders about character. Trying to get to know myself better so that i can improve on myself. hehe... I think i need to exercise some self control coz i just can't stop myself from buying books whenever i step into a bookstore. Kinokuniya and borders are my favourite hangout.
Oh ya, one funny thing that happened. My friend drove and we walked back to the car coz he forgot to put carpark coupon. I was waiting for him to unlock the car and he took a 'long' time unlocking. Then after a while, he realized it was the wrong car. LOL. He was really funny. When we reached the 'wrong' car, i did asked him when did he put the parking coupon. He never did put it but he thought he left the parking coupon there in the afternoon. haha... Later, we saw the owner of that car approaching and opening that 'wrong' car he was trying so hard to unlock. I started laughing and thank God that we realized that it was the wrong car or else the owner might wonder what on earth is he trying to do? haha. Anyway, it is good to have you home, my friend if you are reading this. haha...i miss complaining to you about things. LOL

Children's Home
Tired. Rushed back to watch tv series "Lost". Nice show that i am following closely every week. hehe...but was still back late. Took cab back and taxi driver chatted with me and asked me where i went. He thought i went all the way to "Chom Chom" for supper. I told him i went to Children's Home. He started sharing with me about his regret in life. His wife's bro is a drug addict and his wife left him. Left him with 2 kids and they were sent to a children's home. Once, the elder son ran away from the Home coz he was old enough to be out of the Home but his father didn't allow him. He ran to this taxi uncle's house and asked him to let him stay. But taxi uncle already has 3 kids and it involved a police case since he ran away from the children's home. He had to call the boy's dad and sent the boy back to the Home. Taxi uncle's regret is at that time, he didn't let the boy and the girl stay in his house and treat them as his own. Now that young boy had grown up but became bad. I could feel from the conversation that he does love the boy. Well, in life, how many of us have regrets? When i reached home, taxi uncle didn't want to accept the cab fee and wanted me to keep that money and buy food for the kids next time i visit the children's home. I didn't accept and told him that if he can spare the time, he should go to a children's home himself. He said ok. He is a kind man. I hope his nephew will forgive him one day and he will be able to go to Children's home to bless the kids there.
Our puppetry performance at the Children's home, all went kinda well. The kids are so different from the kids in our church. Though this was the first time we went there, some kids will just sit on our laps. I could feel strongly that they lack of love. In my heart, i really pity them. The youngest girl is 4 yrs old. Though this was not my first time visiting a Children's Home, it still shocked me. To see the kids behaving so differently. They really need alot of love. I pray and hope that they will not grow up becoming bad. Why did those parents give birth to them and not take care of them? Seeing those kids, i feel that alot of kids in Singapore are so much more fortunate to have parents to love them and having their own home to stay. They just took things for granted. Sad...

My Testimonies
Nowadays just ran out of words to blog. Haha.Not that no happenings in my life. There are jus plenty that I forgot where I stopped and where to start. Hehe.
Let us start with miracles/blessings from God :
1. Heart wanted so much to go for church camp but no one wants to go. I did not pray about this. But God knows our desires in our hearts. He changed the minds of my
cousins and there we went and now we are already back from camp.
2. No one I know was taking the long bus journey of 7 hours+ to church camp.
Prayed for friends or else I will be so bored. God sent this brother in Christ to sit
beside me and he was sharing lots of miracles and blessings from God with me. It
was so cool and what a great start for church camp.
3. Prayed and asked God which school to study. God answered.
4. Prayed for new friends at church camp. Got to know new friends like a snap of
fingers.
5. My 2 helpers at Sunday school cannot help and I was worried about not able to
handle all these young kids alone. Prayed for help. God sent a volunteer helper to
me. Really God sent coz I never even ask anyone.
6. Someone asked me to lend her a book which will help her. Coz she will either draw
closer to God or walk away completely. Prayed so hard for wisdom as to which book
to lend her. God blessed and she shared that God really spoke to her in the books.
Praise God!
7. Help at work. Client was being given extra loading premium on his insurance
application. Prayed that client will accept it. Client accepted it.
8. Praise God! More to come....lock on to my blog....
