crabs dinner

So many live crabs on sale in the supermarket. We do not know how to select....
These were the 4 live crabs we bought in the end.

We had chilli crab and it was quite delicious except a little too salty at the end because the thick gravy was all at the bottom. Had a fun and good dinner with brother and sister inlaw. hmm....when are we having our next crabs dinner again? haha....

This morning went for the blood test. Oh my! I am so afraid of injections. Can you believe that I just had injections yesterday and yet today I was afraid? haha....thought people always say that when we always do it, we will not fear it anymore? Isnt monthly injections enough to make my fear away? It didnt. But thank to my 2 colleagues who were there to chat with me and distracted me when the nurse was drawing my blood. haha...God sent angels...
So do you agree that once we face our fear, we will fear no more?

看了很多用中文写的BLOG，令我怀念起喜欢写中文的我。 但我不喜欢用电脑写，因为我打中文很慢。用中写和用英文写真的有很大的分别哟! 你今天的心情如何呢? 为什么人死了很多年，我们还是会想起， 还是会思念呢?

想念你是种幸福
想念你是种痛苦
你的眼神，你的举动
都一一沉现在我的脑海里
如何去忆忘
如何去肆放
让人久思而不怀。。。

I wish that there is PEACE on earth for this new year. As for personal goals. My new year resolutions will be :
~ Be like an angel to others
~ Improve on my methology of teaching
~ Finish at least 1 of my puzzle
~ Exercise at least 3 times per week
~ Try out new methods on my teaching
~ Specialise on a subject (still thinking which one....English, Maths, or Art?? haha)
~ Learn phonics
~ Be a role model for my students
~ Be a neater person
~ Grow spiritually
~ Spend more time with my family
